About Bright

marketing works better when you understand why.

Bright exists to give business owners the strategic perspective they need to understand their marketing, evaluate their options and move forward with confidence.

A thoughtful marketing strategist

Why we exist

Bright was created from a simple observation: too many business owners are expected to make important marketing decisions without having the information, context or confidence to evaluate their options.

Hiring a marketing professional should not mean handing over every marketing decision blindly. Yet that's what most owners are forced to do — because they don't have an independent perspective to turn to.

Bright exists to be that perspective. We help you understand your marketing, evaluate your options, and make decisions with confidence — whether you work with us, with someone else, or on your own.

What we believe

the principles behind how we work.

Understanding first

We start by understanding your business before forming any opinion about your marketing.

Independence

We don't execute your marketing, so we have no incentive to recommend anything other than what's right for you.

Transparency

We explain the reasoning behind every recommendation, so you can evaluate it yourself.

Practicality

Strategy you can't act on isn't strategy. We keep guidance grounded and actionable.

The Perspective Behind Bright

marketing decisions are business decisions.

Bright was founded by Sarah Ohana, a marketing strategist, entrepreneur and business owner who saw a recurring problem: business owners are often expected to make important marketing decisions without having the context to evaluate them confidently.

Her experience combines marketing strategy with the perspective of actually running businesses — understanding budgets, priorities, growth challenges and the decisions that happen beyond the marketing department.

That's the perspective Bright brings to every consultation.
